Candy Days

Through our annual Candy Days, the Park Ridge Lions Club provides grants to individuals and organizations that assist with education, equipment and special projects for problems associated with hearing, vision and other disabilities.

The Park Ridge Lions Club will be conducting its 2007 Candy Days on Thursday, October 11th, and Friday, October 12th. From contributions this year many needs of the community can continue to be funded through the Lions' programs.

Additionally, individual support grants and scholarships to residents of Park Ridge who are in need of vision, hearing or other clinical services will be provided.

In addition to the street collections, the Lions are looking for general Candy Day contributions. A contribution of $50.00 will help to sponsor one Lion volunteer in his/her Candy Day collection efforts. Contributions of any amount would be greatly appreciated and all will be combined with the Candy Day collections for the Club's 2007/2008 projects and scholarships.
